In connection with your participation in an applicable Loyalty Program.
If you contact us directly, including through our careers page, we may obtain additional information about you and that you may provide.
If you enable offer and/or listing notifications, your email and/or phone number.
If you enable sharing of email, phone number, or other contact information with a Project-Branded Marketplace, we collect and may share that information with the owner of that Project-Branded Marketplace.
If we send emails, we may track whether you open them to determine how to build a better customer experience and enhance our service.

Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website or Service.

We obtain data from activity that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains. We collect publicly visible blockchain addresses and information regarding NFT transactions, which can be associated with other personal information you have provided to us.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Service. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service.
We are not responsible for the security of your digital wallet, and we advise you to ensure it is secure. Please contact your wallet provider if you detect issues related to your digital wallet.
